Franky is a solid liver bitch retained from our second litter. She is four years old and litter sister to tinker. Like her sister, franky has a natural hunting ability. she has a good coat together with an excellent temperament and attitude to work. Franky is a confidant swimmer, who retrieves well from land and water. This bitch whent from strength to strength last season with les, who says she is a pleasure to work with. Franky did a few small shoot days at the end of the season & worked well. When out on vermin control with Les tracked and despatched a wounded fox at only 16 months old. We are looking forward to this season with her & will keep the gallery updated with her progress.
2006/7
Franky is continuing the good work. She has been out with les from the very start of this season, running in the young birds to the pen and is maturing into a very versatile bitch. Franky is always out on vermin control and has proven her worth many times over.
Franky worked the partridge days, she is very stylish and a pleasure to be out with.
Les is now looking forward to working her on the pheasant days this comming season.
2007/8
This has been an excellent season for Franky; she is maturing into a most valued shooting companion.
Franky has worked nearly every day starting with the poults in July through the partridge days in October, dogging in, and driven shoot days from November onwards. She is now finishing off with the rough shoot days which mark the end of the shooting season for us.
Franky will yet again, be supporting the game keepers at Crufts on the 7th March this year.
